If your card was charged before May 31, your pins were shipped out yesterday (June 2). You should get your tracking details later today!
For those with incomplete surveys or errored card charges, please check your survey in Backerkit to update your survey/card. This project will officially close out at the end of June. Anyone with unclaimed pledges will need to DM me on Kickstarter or through my Instagram to arrange payment & shipment.

Pins arrived just yesterday and I've been busy packaging grading and packing them. Here is a final look on the backing cards before they are shipped out!
Here is a closer look at the vinyl stickers and the holographic elements - a very subtle shine from the front but you can see all the glitter when you tilt them side to side!

Please note that if your address & payment information is incomplete in Backerkit, your order is not yet locked which means I cannot guarantee your selections.
When are cards charged? 💳
Cards will be charged on May 24 (Friday) and you will see a charge on your credit card statement as "Pix Studio" or "Pixelette Studio". Please ensure your payment details are up to date. Packages with successful charges will be shipped first. Once cards are charged, addresses will be locked so I can start the shipping ASAP.

Updates + Survey Deadline

Hello! A gentle reminder to all those who have not filled out their surveys to complete it ASAP. Please refer to the previous updates for any FAQs you may have. Surveys will be closed on May 17, 2024 (ie 1 week from today) and all orders will be locked. After May 17, I will not be able to guarantee the items that you would like.
First Look 🔍
Enamel Pins samples are out! Please note that enamel pins may look slightly different from what you see digitally due to lighting.
Stickers have arrived! I ended creating all 9 pin designs as stickers! So if you pledged for the sticker pack, you will be receiving 9 stickers in total!
Please note that enamel pins quantity are quite limited as production have finished, so if you're looking to secure them, please order them through Backerkit/survey as I'm unsure how much overstock I will have.

Hello! I would like to let you know that all surveys have been sent out via Backerkit. If you haven't received one by the end of the week, please check your spam or contact me and I can resend it to you. Please fill the survey out as soon as possible! The earlier the surveys are completed, the earlier I can finalize the numbers for manufacturing, and the earlier I can ship out the packages!
Timeline FAQ❓
When is the deadline to respond to the survey?
- Once I have pin sample photos, you will 1 week after that to respond to the surveys. Orders will be locked then. If you do not answer the survey by then, I will not be able to guarantee your choices.
When are credit cards charged?
- Credit cards will be charged 2 weeks before packages are shipped out.
When are addresses locked?
- Addresses will be locked 1 week before packages are shipped out.
When will packages be shipped out?
- While the timeline on Kickstarter states June 2024, it looks like I will get them in hand end of April for a mid-May shipment! Fingers crossed for smooth production!
Dropped pledges in Kickstarter
- If your pledge could not be collected through Kickstarter, you will receive a survey from Backerkit for payment for both your pledge and shipping. If this is not paid by the time credit cards are charged, your pledge will be dropped permanently.
Shipping FAQ📦
How are Canadian pledges shipped?
- Canadian pledges are shipped as oversized lettermail (untracked) via Canada Post. If you would like to add tracking to insure your package, you can purchase the "Tracked Shipping (CA)" add-on through Backerkit. Please note that all lost untracked mail will not be refunded or replaced.
How are US/International pledges shipped?
- US/International shipping for pins include tracking via ChitChats or Stallion Express. US/International shipping for stickers only pledges will be shipped as regular lettermail (untracked) via Canada Post. You can add tracking to insure your sticker order by purchasing "Tracked Shipping (US)" or "Tracked Shipping (Intl)" add-on through Backerkit. Please note that all lost untracked mail will not be refunded or replaced.

Thank you everyone for supporting this project and I'm super excited to kick off the production process in the coming days! Here are the next steps and what to look out for:
Failed Payments ⚠️
Kickstarter should have already charged your card, but in the event that it didn't go through, they will try to contact you to change/update your card details.
You can reconfirm your method of payment through the email sent by Kickstarter. Please do this as soon as possible, otherwise failed pledges will be dropped once surveys are sent out and you will be unable to collect your reward.
Backerkit Surveys ✍️
A survey will be sent to the email you provided through Backerkit. You will be able to choose your enamel pins and the opportunity to add any additional items. I will also post an update here once the surveys are sent out, so if you don't see the survey, please check your spam or feel free to message me!

Shipping: Backerkit will also collect your shipping address and charge for shipping. The survey will be open for ~10 days, after which your cards will then be charged for shipping and/or any additional items. If you don't respond by the end the survey date, I can't guarantee that I will have specific colours/items in stock.
PLEASE fill out your survey as soon as possible as manufacturing will start once I get an idea of how many pins and stickers to order!

Backerkit Shipping - This is charged via Stripe and you will see "Pixelette Studio" show up on your credit card.
